The project is located in downtown Longview, Texas. The project is an existing building from 1950 that started life as five story parking garage, then the top three levels were converted to office with some retail on the ground floor. Now the building will contain 48 apartment units, enclosed parking, a leasing office, cyber café, craft room, fitness room, and a movie room/library.
